My dearest friends .... after a long absence I'm finally back ......... I had left my computer, my husband was away on business disconsolate and sad .... and I had found refuge from my sweet mother !!!!!!!!!! But now I'm back to my house ..... my hubby is back and brought me a beautiful gift : A brand new pc everything to me !!!!!! and then finally I can write and update my blogghino !!!!! The recipe for today is: THE CAKE APRICOT delicate fresh !!!!!!! summer and very good !!!!!!
Ingredients: 6 whole eggs
4 tablespoons sugar 4 tablespoons
frumina
6 tablespoons sugar 1
yogurt apricot puree apricots 5
a pinch of vanilla 1 tablespoon baking
Procedure:
work eggs and sugar for a long time until they become white and fluffy ... add yogurt, flour and sifted and finally frumina apricots, vanilla and baking yeast .... I put down to 150 for about 40 minutes.
Just divide into two parts cold water with sugar syrup mixed with fruit juice .... Finally apricot stuffing with a lemon custard mixed with small pieces of apricots and whipped cream if you like it too.
To decorate with chocolate cream and seals the heart of apricot!!
