Tonight I got a sudden craving for sweet ..... ... my baby is at sea with his grandparents, my love was at work, dinner was started ..... and so I had a shock !!!!!! I had a bit of chocolate and dispose of Strega liqueur, to be completed to throw the bottle at last !!!!!!!!!! So I made a mega girellone of course tomorrow, when it is cold cut in all slices and served with a glass of milk for breakfast !!!!!!! This recipe is very simple:
4 eggs (egg whites)
50 g cake flour mill b.

100 g starch 150 g sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla


liqueur 3 tablespoons baking powder 1 teaspoon melted chocolate

300 GR 50 gr chocolate flakes
chantilly cream is a chocolate
The wet sugar and water in the witch ... proportions that are preferred
PROCEEDINGS
work well yolks and sugar liquor, add the flour sifted with baking powder and vanilla, egg whites last.
Bake in oven pan at 180 g for 10 minutes .... bake the cake and place it on a clean cloth and gently roll it ..... cool unroll and spread then add the cream sprinkled with chocolate shavings. .. .... rewind slowly up and put it on the one hand ... Meanwhile melt 300 grams of chocolate in a double boiler ...... ROLL COVER and refrigerate A REST ..... just cold cut sliced \u200b\u200b..... voila ... a fantastic Dolcino cuddly and romantic !!!!!! I have put in the freezer because I really love it prefers parfait ...... delicious!!
