Good evening to all ...... in fact for some time that I thought was a new recipe to post .... then suddenly this morning I was ispiarata .... by whom? ?? eh dear friends this is a secret no no !!!!!! I swear this time my love has nothing to do ......... I said then I thought, I thought then combine two flavors such as electrocution determined as the berries and dark chocolate?? and so was born my latest creation .... I can certainly tell us that we found it very good .... in particular, but very good .......... However, if you ever want to experiment here as it .....:
for the base: 300g flour
150
sugar a pinch of salt a few drops of vanilla
1 egg 1 tbsp witch
liqueur 130 gr butter
for cold berry compote: 150 gr
berries
3 cicchiai sugar 150 ml water 2 sheets gelatin
1 tablespoon of liqueur to the cream
I made a classic chocolate chantilly
PREPARATION:
Prepare the base. cover a pan of 26 cm with the pasta and spread on the bottom of the berries ... (not many) cover with chocolate cream and decorate as desired I did flowers and leaves of pastry ....... bake at 150 g for 40 minutes ..... once cold place on a plate decorated with squiggles of berry and chocolate icing ....
easy but I assure you all in effect and then smells casaaaaaaaaaaa !!!!!!!!!!
