What The Deal With Pearl Thongs

White Chocolate Cupcakes-mimosa

First, I feel I have to dispel any doubts you may have ... the pictures were not done with my cell. This weekend I returned from my purpose to take possession of their compact to think about it ... I feel a little 'a degenerate daughter o__0
Not that I feel comfortable with their camera camera, but will always be better than the phone waiting for a new camera of my own.
But forgive me for the theft I decided to make a treat ... and saw that I had with my mamy celebrated International Women's Day I thought the cupcakes ... mimosa-filled cupcakes with white chocolate cream with white chocolate .
The doses are to be about 15 cupcakes, but eventually there will remain about 10 because some will be used to make the effect mimosa.

Before moving on to the recipe I wanted to tell you that this week I'm out to work while I was reading ... I guess I'll be bored to death by pretending to listen carefully to the speaker of the moment ^ __ ^ So
I salute you and wish you a wonderful week here.

mimosa cupcakes with white chocolate
Ingredients (for about 15 cupcakes) 225g 00 flour sifted

60g soft butter 100g sugar 2 eggs

60g white chocolate 2 teaspoons baking powder milk
salt to taste

cream milk 250g white chocolate

1 egg 3 tablespoons sugar
1 +1 / 2 tablespoon of flour (or cornstarch)
50g white chocolate chopped

the Working Procedure
butter and sugar until mixture is light and fluffy. Stir in the eggs, stirring well after each addition. Add the melted chocolate in a double boiler and stir well. Stir in the sifted flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Combine the milk in order to have a soft but not too liquid. Bake at 170 for about 30 minutes and then let them cool on a wire rack.

Prepare cream as you like (I do so ) and pour the white chocolate while still warm. Mix well and melt the chocolate. At this point cut the dome in 2 / 3 of the cupcakes, rigirateli and cut them in half. Take a little dough, stuffed with cream and close. Spread a little 'cream evenly over and around the cupcakes. Remove the brown part of the remaining cupcakes, cut into cubes to make a mimosa and spread over the other.
