White Chocolate Cupcakes-mimosa

mimosa cupcakes with white chocolate
Ingredients (for about 15 cupcakes) 225g 00 flour sifted


60g soft butter 100g sugar 2 eggs


60g white chocolate 2 teaspoons baking powder milk
salt to taste


cream milk 250g white chocolate


1 egg 3 tablespoons sugar
1 +1 / 2 tablespoon of flour (or cornstarch)
50g white chocolate chopped

butter and sugar until mixture is light and fluffy. Stir in the eggs, stirring well after each addition. Add the melted chocolate in a double boiler and stir well. Stir in the sifted flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Combine the milk in order to have a soft but not too liquid. Bake at 170 for about 30 minutes and then let them cool on a wire rack.

Prepare cream as you like (I do so ) and pour the white chocolate while still warm. Mix well and melt the chocolate. At this point cut the dome in 2 / 3 of the cupcakes, rigirateli and cut them in half. Take a little dough, stuffed with cream and close. Spread a little 'cream evenly over and around the cupcakes. 150g risotto rice

Ingredients (2 persons)
250g chicken breast cut into chunks 150g

For the base I was inspired by a recipe for muffins at the cafe that I found here to which I have made some minor changes because I wanted to make a cake filled and muffins. You'll get a sweet little cake, a lot of chocolate and coffee for ... true coffee lovers. If avat desserts very sweet I suggest you increase the amount of sugar a little.

Ingredients (mold 23)

flour 250g butter 100g plain yogurt 1

1 / 2 cup milk 2 medium eggs

180g sugar cane

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1 / 2 tablespoon baking powder 2 tablespoons

strong coffee 1 tablespoon instant coffee 50g dark chocolate flakes
