Ingredients (for two)
80g somen
1 leek 2 carrots keep
bean sprouts
grated fresh ginger dashi
lyophilized

mirin soy sauce

procedure
Cut the leeks into thin sticks and carrots. Cook along with bean sprouts and grated ginger for a few minutes with two tablespoons of soy sauce and mirin one. This weekend I decided, I went to the grocery store to buy the ingredients but I could not find all the necessary spices. 3 teaspoons cinnamon

100g honey or orange (I acacia)

150g sugar 1 sheet of wafer (I greaseproof paper)

And because it was too good to share out soft as I was I will be reading already in the midst of working to get bored delirium in a two-day meeting, thinking how much I want to come instead to chat with you. Oh well I'll wait for Wednesday ... I wanted to leave but not without the post on Monday, I know that now you are jumping in-pan-dependent and can no longer do without my recipes super-emblazoned ^___^

For this recipe I was inspired to view a photograph in a magazine on the newsstands ... unfortunately I do not remember which one. It 'still born from the need to recycle waste holiday ... now you'll see that in my house do not throw anything away and would try to recycle even the sole of a shoe route ... call me the magician recycling ;-)

Breakfast for me is the most important meal of the day, what we do not give up never even when I'm in a hurry. I like to have breakfast at home ... So maybe I eat biscuits, or two slices of bread with butter and jam or butter and sugar ... but I do not dislike even two slices of a nice soft bun.
The other day I had breakfast such as eating a good part of this donut ... nothing special, but born from the need to dispose of biscuits. I had several open bags of biscuits in the pantry, I remembered the experiment done with the wafer these muffins, and I got the idea to do a similar thing with the cookies. I said to myself ... that cake and biscuits are!
