Ingredients (for two)
80g somen

Cut the leeks into thin sticks and carrots. Cook along with bean sprouts and grated ginger for a few minutes with two tablespoons of soy sauce and mirin one. Must remain a bit ' still crunchy if necessary add a little water. Prepare the dashi broth by boiling 1 / 2 liter of water and adding a teaspoon of dashi.
